Who is ready for Thanksgiving? I am! With it falling so late this year, my inner calendar seems messed up. Over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to bring you recipes that you will want to add to your menu!
I already have a cranberry relish recipe on my site. It’s totally delicious, but if you’re looking for something that is a cross between a dessert and a salad then this Fluffy Cranberry Salad is for you!
A few years ago at our church Thanksgiving dinner a friend of mine made this delicious salad. The minute I tasted it, I knew I needed the recipe! Now, I love cranberries but the rest of my family says they are not crazy about them. That was until they tried this recipe. When I asked them all to taste it, they initially didn’t want to. Once I finally convinced them to try it they changed their minds about cranberries. They all loved it!
This recipe for Fluffy Cranberry Salad is perfect for your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving menu. It really is a crowd pleaser and so easy to make. The most difficult part is waiting for it to chill.
