Classic Chex Mix

This crunchy, salty snack mix is always a hit no matter where or when you serve it.

Ingredients

  • 3 c Corn Chex
  • 3 c Rice Chex
  • 3 c Wheat Chex
  • 1 c cashews
  • 1 c pretzel sticks
  • 1 c Bugles
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp season salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°.
  • Place butter in a large roasting pan and put in oven until butter is melted.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, season salt, garlic powder and onion powder to melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  • Add cereal, nuts, pretzels and Bugles to roasting pan and stir to coat with butter mixture.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Turn out onto waxed paper to cool.
  • Store in airtight container.
