Cranberry Salsa

This zippy salsa is the perfect blend of tart and sweet with a little kick of heat!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 c green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • dash salt

Instructions

  1. Put cranberries in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.

  2. Slice green onion. Chop cilantro and jalapeno.

  3. Mix all ingredients except cream cheese in a bowl.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Optional Serving Instructions

  1. When ready to serve, spread cream cheese on a serving plate and pour salsa over the top.
